  • Easy to slip on to knees, elbows, ankles, shins, forearms, and more.
  • Makes it simple to find comfort anytime, anywhere.
  • For cold therapy, place inside of the included freezer bag and place in a freezer for at least two hours.
  • For heat therapy, place inside of a microwave and heat for 45 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds.
  • To use, make sure the threaded end of the sleeve is positioned closest to your hand or foot.
  • Do not get wet; if the sleeve gets wet, allow it to fully air dry before continuing use.
